Complete set of products for real-time observation of nucleic acid electrophoresis.

TGreen Blue Light Monitor Plus Set is an upgraded product based on TGreen Monitor. A set of Electrophoresis Tank (Cat# DYCP-31DN) of Liuyi Biotechnology Co., Ltd. is provided in the set. The size of the blue-light electrophoresis monitor is completely matched with that of the electrophoresis tank. An acrylic TGreen Cut Board (OSE-470M-A001) is also provided in the set. The TGreen Cut Board is directly placed on the TGreen Blue Light Monitor to facilitate gel recovery. The filter is used to avoid the risk of human body contact pollution caused by traditional filter glasses. The filter can be freely fixed at 360 degrees, which is more convenient to use.
The LED blue light source can be used to observe nucleic acid dyed with various safety dyes/EB. Compatible fluorescent dyes: EB, GeneGreen, GeneRed, GelGreen, GelRed, Goldview, etc. With fluorescent dyes (such as GeneGreen), the resolution can reach 2 ng.

Operating Diagram

The gel cutting frame matched with this instrument is made of acrylic material. Please do not use sharp blade to directly contact the surface of the gel cutting frame. It is recommended to use the resin Gel Cutter (OSE-GC) matched with the product to cut gel.
